this covers the rental of the pitch, maintenance of street lighting, landscaping, refuse collection, administration, security, roads and mains services. (This is billed in December for payment on our before 10th January each year).
Water Rates - NO SEPERATE CHARGE
Insurance - It is compulsory to have insurance with a £2 million public liability clause, however the insurance provider is your choice. (Proof must be supplied in writing). We offer insurance through "Jardines Lloyd Thompson" at a very competitive rate. This policy is a New for Old insurance that includes £1500.00 contents cover
Premiums - From 1st October 2009 to 31st September 2010:-
£238.00 - This is for 10' wide caravan
£320.00 - This is for a 12' wide caravan
Electricity - You only pay for what you us. The bill will be sent to you at the end of the season
Gas - ONLY £37.00 PER 47KG BOTTLE - This includes delivery, connection and removal
of your empty bottle. (Must be paid for upon ordering from the Site Office).
